1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
- The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order
- The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
2. Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
- Change of mind
- Dislike of product color, size, or design
- Minor variations that do not affect product quality
- Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
3. Return & Refund Process
To request a return or refund:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or Contact Us page
- Share:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, our team will respond within 1–2 business days.
4. Resolution Options
If your request is approved, we may offer:
- Replacement (same product)
- Refund (via original payment method or bank transfer)
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
5. Return Shipping
- If the issue is on our side (damaged/wrong item), we will cover return shipping
- For any other approved case, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs
6. Important Notes
- We reserve the right to رفض (decline) any request that does not meet our policy conditions
- Items sent back without approval will not be accepted
