1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

2. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind
  • Dislike of product color, size, or design
  • Minor variations that do not affect product quality
  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery

3. Return & Refund Process

To request a return or refund:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Contact Us page
  2. Share:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the product
    • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, our team will respond within 1–2 business days.


4. Resolution Options

If your request is approved, we may offer:

  • Replacement (same product)
  • Refund (via original payment method or bank transfer)

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.


5. Return Shipping

  • If the issue is on our side (damaged/wrong item), we will cover return shipping
  • For any other approved case, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs

6. Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to رفض (decline) any request that does not meet our policy conditions
  • Items sent back without approval will not be accepted
